Monday:
Complete Unit 2 Test 6 study guide with clickers. Play review games to get ready for Tuesday's test.
Tuesday :
Unit 2 test. When finished, students will begin working on group project with partners for the next few days.
Wednesday and Friday:
Students will continue working on group projects and present them to class on Friday.
Closing each day will be review games revolving around new and previous vocabulary words, geography terms, facts, and locations, as well as material covered in class.
Differentiation: Students who miss any chapter questions will correct answers with teacher. Chapter questions are formative assessments used to gauge how students are accomplishing their goals of learning new material. Direct instruction strategies will be used. Students will review individually and with academic partners.
When students begin group projects they will be grouped with academic partners.
This week we will be covering all standards from Unit 2.

b. Describe the impact of Mohandas Gandhi’s belief in non-violent protest.
c. Explain the role of the United States in the rebuilding of Japan after WWII.
d. Describe the impact of Communism in China in terms of Mao Zedong, the Great Leap
Forward, the Cultural Revolution, and Tiananmen Square.
e. Explain the reasons for foreign involvement in Korea and Vietnam in terms of containment of
Communism.
